COVID 19

Progressing out of lockdown

Initially, we will open one day a week, treating urgent existing patients and keyworkers.

As lockdown is eased we will expand this, getting back to a modified fully working clinic, with procedures in line with the latest best practice advice.

In order to maintain the safety of social distancing, until further notice, we will have a “wait in car” policy where patients/clients will wait in their vehicle until being text/phoned to invite them in for their appointment. If people arrive by other means, please wait outside, at least two metres from the clinic entrance until invited to enter the building.

This will be reviewed on a weekly basis and as new information comes to light, it will be improved and/or changed as needed.

Each patient/client will get a pre-appointment phone call to establish suitability of chiropractic care at this time.

It is understood that by coming to see us, you are aware of the relative risks involved.

You will only see me and possibly a receptionist who will be either Jenny or Michelle.

After each patient all surfaces will be wiped with antibac/viral spray  (the chiropractic benches have always been cleaned between patients, but I have purchased new anti-bac/viral spray and will now extend cleaning to every possible surface).

Feel free to bring your own mask and anti bac/viral gel/spray and if you wish, you can bring your own towel to cover the headpiece.

It is not possible to create a completely risk free environment, but cross infection will be minimised as much as is humanly possible. Please discuss any specific requirements prior to you appointment, do not leave till the last minute. If we work together and plan how to conduct our sessions, we can maintain our high standard of care in an environment that works for us all.
