Each patient/client will get a pre appointment phone call to establish their suitability for chiropractic care or massage. This will take between 10 and 20 minutes, we need to ask questions specific to Covid-19 and explain our new safe working protocols.
It is understood that by you coming to see us, you are aware of the relative risks involved. It is not possible to create a completely risk free environment, but cross infection will be minimised as much as is humanly possible.
In order to maintain the safety of social distancing, please DO NOT ENTER the clinic until five minutes before your appointment time. Then after your appointment LEAVE SWIFTLY. (We will all miss our before and after treatment chats! Sorry!)
Only the person being treated should enter the clinic (unless under 16 or in exceptional circumstances). Please wear appropriate clothing and no jewellery, use common sense and only bring what is absolutely necessary.
On entering the clinic please sanitise your hands; the sanitiser station is at the top of the stairs.
CHIROPRACTIC: Feel free to bring your own face mask or we have washable ones which you can use during the closer contact part of the treatment session. If you wish, you can bring your own towel to cover the headpiece.
CHIROPRACTIC: As much of the treatment session as possible will be conducted while maintaining social distance. The “close contact” part of treatment sessions will kept to less than 15 minutes, this is to comply with the risk times stated by government guidelines and may change as new information is released.
MASSAGE: You will be required to wear a mask during the treatment session. Please either bring your own or you will be charged an additional £1 for a disposable mask.
MASSAGE: biodegradable disposable towels will be used as a body cover, if you wish you can bring your own towel or cover (this is recommended).
After each patient all surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned. Please refrain from any unnecessary contact with surfaces, and if you use the toilet please let a member of the team know so we can clean it straight away.
Please bring either correct cash or suitable payment card.
Please discuss any specific requirements prior to your appointment, do not leave till the last minute. If we work together and plan how to conduct our sessions, we can maintain our high standard of care in an environment that works for us all.
